1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vinpanda and purchasing any vehicle history report, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Vinpanda provides vehicle history reports sourced from licensed data providers, including ClearVin, as well as publicly available datasets. Report content may include title history, ownership records, odometer readings, accident indicators, auction history, and safety recall information. Data availability varies by vehicle.

3. Internal Use Only

Vehicle history reports provided through Vinpanda are licensed for your personal, internal use only. You may use reports solely to inform your own private vehicle purchasing decisions.

You expressly agree that you will not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any report or report data to any third party
• Use report data to build competing products, databases, or services
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from reports
• Use reports for commercial resale, fleet management, or any business purpose other than evaluating a specific vehicle for personal purchase

4. ClearVin Intellectual Property

Full vehicle history reports are powered by and branded as ClearVin reports. You acknowledge and agree that:

• ClearVin owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the vehicle history report content, including all intellectual property rights and trademarks contained therein.
• The ClearVin name, logo, and report format are trademarks and copyrighted works of ClearVin. You may not reproduce, modify, or use them outside of viewing the report for personal use.
• Report data compiled by ClearVin, including NMVTIS records, title data, and auction history, remains the proprietary information of ClearVin and its data providers.
• You agree to protect the proprietary nature of ClearVin reports and to acknowledge the validity of ClearVin's copyrights.

5. Liability Waiver

Vehicle history reports are compiled from available data sources and may not reflect all events in a vehicle's history. Not all accidents, title transfers, or damage events are reported to data providers.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You use this service and all reports at your own risk. Vinpanda and ClearVin make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any report.
• You waive any and all claims against ClearVin arising from your use of vehicle history reports, including claims relating to incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information.
• Neither Vinpanda nor ClearVin shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on report data, including any loss suffered in connection with a vehicle purchase decision.
• You are solely responsible for independently verifying any information in a report before making a purchasing decision. We strongly recommend a professional vehicle inspection in addition to any history report.

6. NMVTIS Disclosure

Vehicle history reports may include data from the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS). Federal law requires insurers, salvage yards, and junk yards to report to NMVTIS. Many states also report to NMVTIS.

NMVTIS data may not reflect all title activity. Additional information may be available from the state motor vehicle titling agency where this vehicle is or was titled. For more information about NMVTIS, visit www.vehiclehistory.gov.

7. Payment and Refunds

Full reports are available for a one-time purchase of $14.99. Because a report credit is consumed at the time of your purchase, all sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us if you have a concern.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vinpanda's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Vinpanda be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
